Provide "Virtual Studio Solutions" to co-manage the studio for artwork production and interactive work
Process
Basil deployed an onsite Studio Manager and a Studio Assistant to manage real-time agency requirements who then offshore the work to Basil India. We have a dedicated bay at Basil India consisting of a Project Manager, 3/4 designers, QA team and a proof reader who works to support the client on real-time basis. Basil India completes the projects and delivers the final files to the onsite Studio Manager. Then based on the requirement, the onsite Studio Manager sends these files to the printers and publications.
