Ramesh Krishnamurthy Managing Director
Based in London he has over 20 years’ experience with leading advertising agency groups like Lintas, JWT, O&M, Dentsu Young & Rubicam and Bozell. He is a Business strategist and has a passion for lateral thinking and problem solving. His understanding of the marketing communication space has helped build brands and be profitable.
Ramesh is a self diagnosed workaholic. In addition to Basil, his hours are spent in spoiling his daughter and training the family dog. His interests include cooking and watching cricket and movies.
Pavani Ramesh Managing Director
Based in London, she has over 20 years of experience on the creative side of the advertising business. She has done some significant campaigns in print, television and radio for leading agency groups like Lowe, Dentsu, Young and Rubicam and JWT. Following her passion for moving media, she became an independent film maker and has scripted, directed and produced TV commercials, documentaries and corporate films.
Pavani is waiting for life to slow down to finally get down to her real passion: writing fiction. She has a weakness for chocolates, animals, jazz and good old-fashioned thrillers.
N S Venkatesha Udupa Director Creative Services
Based in Bangalore, India, he has worked with agencies like Dentsu,Young & Rubicam and the Bozell Group, heading the art and creative departments for several years. Well versed with print, production and photography technology, he supervises the backend processes for Basil.
Venky, as he is known, is a vegetarian food afficionado, and is partial to home cooking. He practises yoga, likes Indian classical music and hates politics.
