November 2004. We had a great idea that would make a difference in the marketing and communication space. A simple idea of creating a world class off-shore production hub, working across time zones and across media, thereby offering cost and process efficiency. We gave the idea a name: Basil.

2014. The idea is a well entrenched reality and more. We are not just delivering marketing and communication services to the world’s best. We are also building technology platforms to make marketing processes simpler and more efficient.

In 10 years Basil has seen the industry change through innovation and technology making legacy processes obsolete. By communicating and collaborating with global organisations, we believe the future is ‘tradigital’ — Classical 360* media agnostic thinking with new age automated delivery platforms.

Economic slowdown, resurgence and growth, innovations, awards and accolades…we have seen it all but have stayed firm with our eye on the future.
